Know where your data goes.
Your documents, files and conversations stay on Formwork’s servers in the European Union, in Amsterdam. Only your organisation, and anyone you send a watch link, can see it. When the designer runs, your request, the files it reads and the state of the document go to the model you pick, Claude by Anthropic or GPT-5.6 by OpenAI. Neither uses API data to train its models by default. Close your account and your documents and files are deleted within 30 days.
